Job Description

We're in search of a skilled Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships in Luton. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction and work across various sectors. This role necessitates a blend of strategic thinking and proactive engagement to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end client relationship lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
  • Identify and analyse client needs to improve service delivery.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism to capture insights from clients.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to inform product development.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings and market changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
