Job Description
As a Gaming Cage Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth cash transactions for our guests. Your responsibilities will include handling cash securely, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing stellar customer service.
Responsibilities
Conduct cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Securely manage cash for gaming operations, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Verify IDs and keep compliance with legal age regulations.
Record transactions meticulously and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
Address customer concerns related to cash transactions promptly.
Maintain adherence to gaming compliance standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
Train and mentor new staff on cash handling best practices.
Ensure the cashier area is tidy and organized.
Work collaboratively with the finance and operations teams.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Experience in a casino or similar environment is favourable.
