Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with us. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance and support.

  • Track and report on customer usage and success metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in customer service or related role preferred
