Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive to join our Belfast office. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and with empathy.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Gather customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Customer Service Management is a plus

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
