Job Description

As a Farm and Home Management Educator, you will deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice on home services including gas, electricity and broadband. You'll support customers in choosing the best services for their needs and guide them through the entire selection process.

Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with customers, addressing their home service needs.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different service options.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Promote additional products and services based on customer requirements.
• Record and report all customer feedback to management.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge.
• Assist in developing promotional materials for the home services sector.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Education or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in the home services industry is an advantage.
