Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Luton. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues efficiently. Ideal candidates are empathetic, solution-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Assist in the development of FAQs and knowledge bases for customers.
  • Review customer feedback and suggest service enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting and analysis.
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of services to new customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role

Languages
