As part of our team, you'll be the first point of contact, resolving issues and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to ascertain problems or needs.
  • Utilise remote desktop tools to assist clients in real-time.
  • Generate reports on support metrics for management review.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the support team.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and updates to provide timely assistance.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably technical
