Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support with a focus on networking

Technical Skills

• Network Troubleshooting
• VPN Configuration

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Network Security Certified Practitioner (NSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
