We are in search of a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Inverness. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing client relationships and driving product usage. Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with our products.
  • Generate and share customer insights with product teams to inform development.
  • Manage customer renewals and ensure timely contract execution.
  • Develop strategic plans based on customer objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor customer engagement through analytics and reporting.
  • Assist in the development of customer success KPIs and metrics.
  • Conduct customer workshops to educate on industry best practices.
  • Identify potential churn risks and formulate action plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certifications in Customer Success Management or Account Management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
