As a Customer Relations Manager, you'll be the frontline champion for our customers in Manchester. Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
  • Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions.
  • Data Analysis Ability to analyse customer data and feedback to drive strategic improvements.
  • Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Problem-solving Skilled at resolving complex customer issues efficiently.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in other languages like Spanish or French will be beneficial.
  • Experience with digital customer engagement tools: Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk or Intercom is desirable.
