Job Description

As a Customer Relations Manager, you'll be the frontline champion for our customers in Manchester. Your role will involve enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, understanding customer needs, and building solid relationships. We're looking for someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Create reports on customer interactions and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Organise regular training sessions to enhance the team's customer engagement skills.
  • Implement tools and technologies to improve customer communication and service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives that drive customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
  • Champion customer concerns at senior management level to ensure their voices are heard.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service management or similar role
