Job Description

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related fields
