Responsibilities

  • Act as a key advocate for the customer, guiding them to successful use of our products.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients to maximise their experience.
  • Monitor the health of accounts, identifying and proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies and workflows.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop case studies highlighting customer success stories.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain documentation.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organisation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
