Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This role will involve troubleshooting software and hardware issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve their technical issues effectively.

  • Support internal teams with product testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
