Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and customer service? Tech Solutions Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Luton. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with onboarding and setup of new software tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and recommend fixes.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams for product improvements.
  • Train new staff on support procedures and systems.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Advanced certifications in IT support are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in IT support
