As a Client Success Specialist in our Manchester office, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions. You'll actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional support to enhance their experience. This role demands a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with onboarding and the effective use of our products.
• Identify and address potential risks to customer satisfaction.
• Participate in customer feedback sessions and surveys.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and engagement.
• Create and distribute training materials for customers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the customer success team.
• Actively seek out and implement customer success best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in tech-oriented customer service is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
