Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Crystal Grinder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding, shaping, and polishing crystals and other materials to precise specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, manual dexterity, and a solid understanding of various crystal types.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to address inquiries related to a variety of home services.
• Support clients in choosing suitable service options that fit their criteria.
• Share comprehensive information regarding services’ features, benefits, and costs.
• Timely resolution of client complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage the purchase of additional services where relevant.
• Accurately log customer information and interaction histories.
• Coordinate with service teams for efficient service delivery.
• Engage with current market trends and adapt to client needs.
• Assist in developing and refining customer service policies.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed company sales targets.
