Job Description
We are seeking a skilled VoIP Technician to join our vibrant team in Hastings. The ideal candidate will have experience with VoIP installations, troubleshooting, and supporting clients in optimizing their communication systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee the installation of VoIP systems for new clients.
Conduct diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure clients’ telecommunication needs are fulfilled efficiently.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of VoIP technologies and trends.
Assist with the training sessions for client staff on using VoIP systems.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus

2+ years of experience in telecommunications support
