Job Description

We are seeking a skilled VoIP Technician to join our vibrant team in Hastings. The ideal candidate will have experience with VoIP installations, troubleshooting, and supporting clients in optimizing their communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of VoIP systems for new clients.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure clients’ telecommunication needs are fulfilled efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of VoIP technologies and trends.
• Assist with the training sessions for client staff on using VoIP systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications support
