Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by customers and find appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
