Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist our clients in Glasgow with technical queries and issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve technical issues through effective problem-solving techniques.
Maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions for future reference.
Coordinate with third-party vendors when required for issue resolution.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

3+ years of experience in a similar role
