Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist our clients in Glasgow with technical queries and issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolve technical issues through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors when required for issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
