Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the vital link between our customers and the company, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, helping clients achieve their objectives, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing relationships and possess a strong background in customer service or account management.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their business objectives.
  • Resolve customer complaints, product issues, and inquiries with promptness.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team during the pre-sales process by providing customer insights.
  • Document client interactions and maintain detailed records for follow-up.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
