Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive Customer Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer engagement strategies and be dedicated to fostering relationships that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to drive customer success initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start with our solutions.
• Deliver training and tutorials to customers on product features and best practices.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop customer success plans tailored to individual customer goals.
• Report on customer success metrics and outcomes to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
• Data Analysis

Languages
