Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Swansea team. If you have a passion for helping others and a knack for problem-solving, this role is perfect for you! You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and general support.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new team members.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to share experiences and solutions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and approach when dealing with challenging situations.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education or degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
