Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facsimile Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of our facsimile systems. Responsible for ensuring seamless communication through optimal machine performance, you will play a key role in document transmission and reception.

Responsibilities

• Send and receive faxes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Document and log all fax communications for tracking purposes.
• Provide technical support for minor facsimile-related technical problems.
• Train staff on the effective use of facsimile machines.
• Collaborate with service providers to resolve equipment issues.
• Stay up to date with advancements in facsimile technology.
• Assist in the development of facsimile operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional certification in Office Administration or Telecommunications preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating facsimile machines or related equipment

Technical Skills

• Computer skills
• Facsimile equipment operation

• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
