Job Description
As an Information Center Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the seamless delivery of information services to our clients. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of information specialists, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
Manage the annual budget for the information center, ensuring cost-effective practices.
Establish and review service level agreements (SLAs) to improve service delivery.
Implement training programs for staff development and knowledge enhancement.
Conduct regular team meetings to address issues and share updates.
Evaluate and refine information management systems for better performance.
Work closely with IT to maintain the functionality of information systems.
Provide expert advice on information-related issues to both staff and clients.
Develop outreach initiatives to promote information services to potential users.
Ensure that the information center meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
