Job Description

As an Information Center Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the seamless delivery of information services to our clients. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of information specialists, ensuring they are motivated and productive.
  • Manage the annual budget for the information center, ensuring cost-effective practices.
  • Establish and review service level agreements (SLAs) to improve service delivery.
  • Implement training programs for staff development and knowledge enhancement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address issues and share updates.
  • Evaluate and refine information management systems for better performance.
  • Work closely with IT to maintain the functionality of information systems.
  • Provide expert advice on information-related issues to both staff and clients.
  • Develop outreach initiatives to promote information services to potential users.
  • Ensure that the information center meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
