Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a positive user experience. Your expertise in technology will help guide clients through complex problems and enhance their productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support, focusing on resolving issues quickly.
  • Implement solutions to reduce technical problems for clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding their support tickets.
  • Collaborate with the development team on product feedback.
  • Conduct user training sessions when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members in best support practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Certifications in networking or software support preferred

  • 3+ years in a technical support capacity
