Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries through multiple channels effectively.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalate any serious complaints.
  • Assist customers in understanding the company’s products and services.
  • Offer assistance to customers for order status, billing, and service inquiries.
  • Support the team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and provide input on processes.
  • Utilise customer service software and platforms for tracking tickets.
  • Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education in business or related field is preferred
  • Customer service training or certification is desirable
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years in a customer service role.
