Interior Designer

Job Description

Looking for a creative and passionate Interior Designer to contribute to our projects in Oxford. You will work alongside a team of professionals to conceptualize and execute designs that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative design solutions that meet budget and time constraints.
• Assist in project management and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure projects comply with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and request additional information as needed.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including contracts and invoices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Membership in the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices: Knowledge of eco-friendly materials and sustainable design techniques.
• Experience working with commercial clients: Understanding of the unique needs and challenges of commercial interior projects.
