At Innovate Architecture Ltd., we are searching for a talented Architect to join our Glasgow team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality architectural solutions, collaborating closely with clients and team members throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural designs using software tools.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review and approve construction documents.
• Ensure project objectives are met through effective management.
• Support sustainability initiatives and environmentally friendly designs.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status.
• Contribute to team workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity
• Time Management

Certifications

• RIBA Chartered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with landscape architecture: Knowledge and experience in integrating landscape design with architectural projects.
• Familiarity with building regulations in the UK: Understanding local compliance and regulation requirements.
