Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical projects within our team. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct mechanical project teams in installation and upkeep.
• Ensure projects align with client specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review project plans and proposals.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Manage procurement and inventory for project supplies.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Report project status to upper management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project needs.
• Encourage teamwork and effective communication among team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification in project management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of HVAC systems

Soft Skills

• Decision Making
• Mentoring

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
