Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Project Manager to oversee project phases and ensure that our pharmaceutical products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be adept in leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with company goals.
  • Coordinate with research and development teams to align project milestones.
  • Utilise project management software to track progress and manage resources.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Mentor and develop junior project staff, promoting team development.
  • Convene regular project meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges.
  • Document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in project management, specifically in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
