Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmacy's operations in Peterborough. This role includes leading a team of pharmacists and technicians while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmacy practice, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing community health.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Develop clinical services to enhance patient care.
• Review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.

• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy (BPharm)
• MPharm or MBA in Healthcare Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare management
