Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Family Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and gather health information.
  • Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients on health management and preventive strategies.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills.
  • Assist in minor surgical procedures when necessary.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks related to patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice.
  • Build rapport with patients and create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies preferred
Experience
  • Experience managing chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension is advantageous.
