Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Liverpool team. This role involves assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving mental health outcomes and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychological evaluations and write detailed reports.
  • Guide clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
  • Engage in treatment planning meetings with other health professionals.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Support clients through crises and provide crisis intervention.
  • Contribute to the development of mental health resources for the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • HCPC registration required
Experience
  • Experience working within the NHS is desirable.
