Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to create high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental technology, with expertise in CAD/CAM systems and traditional techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create custom dental restorations using advanced materials and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with dental clinicians to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to dental appliances as needed.
• Follow laboratory protocols to ensure high standards of quality control.
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Dental Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a dental laboratory setting

Technical Skills

• Prosthetics Fabrication
• Finishing Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certified Dental Technician (CDT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting: Prior experience in a supervisory role would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technology in dentistry: Knowledge of modern 3D printing techniques used in dental labs.
