Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Quality Specialist to join our team in Bournemouth. In this role, you will focus on ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and enhancing patient care processes. Your expertise will help drive our mission to provide safe, efficient, and quality health services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Facilitate investigations into quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain quality improvement metrics and dashboards.
  • Assist in the preparation of accreditation and regulatory inspections.
  • Engage with patients and families for feedback on service quality.
  • Develop policies and procedures that align with quality improvement goals.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Quality Management or Health Services
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare quality improvement are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare quality management roles
