Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Machine Cage Maker to join our innovative team. This role involves constructing and assembling machine cages per precise specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in metal fabrication and aviation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read technical specifications to build machine cages to exact measurements.
• Utilize welding tools to assemble metal structures.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the design team to optimize production processes.
• Report equipment or material shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Conduct periodic maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot problems in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure workspace is organized and compliant with safety regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication trends.
• Provide feedback on production efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in metal fabrication or welding are a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in metal fabrication or welding.

• CNC Machining
