Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and providing outstanding customer service. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting IT projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely response to user inquiries and technical issues.
  • Support the installation and configuration of IT systems and applications.
  • Implement and maintain security measures for IT systems.
  • Aid in onboarding new staff with necessary IT equipment and software.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and manuals.
  • Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
