Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our enthusiastic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Train, develop, and supervise restaurant staff ensuring high levels of service.
  • Oversee inventory management and control food and beverage costs.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility.
  • Build rapport with guests and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance in all restaurant operations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare weekly reports.

Requirements

Education
