As a Telecom Field Technician based in Hastings, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various telecom equipment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and effective service response to client requests.
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers as necessary.

• Participate in on-call support when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications in telecom technologies are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a field technician role
