Job Description

As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced telecommunication systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless communication services.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, and maintain telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
  • Implement network security measures for telecommunications systems.
  • Prepare reports on network performance metrics.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders for project delivery.
  • Oversee network configuration and optimisation.
  • Support the development of training programmes for employees.
  • Conduct regular audits of telecommunications systems.
  • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen network outages.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous

  • 3+ years in a telecommunications environment
