Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Develop and execute care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Network with other professionals to secure resources for clients.
• Advocate for vulnerable populations within the community.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions and interventions.
• Attend relevant training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with social work regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Master's in Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years in social work, preferably in a case management role

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (RSW)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
