Job Description

As a Match Up Worker, your primary responsibility is to assist in the coordination and execution of matches between individuals seeking support and suitable volunteers or professionals. You will ensure a smooth matching process, enhancing the experience for both parties involved.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with individuals to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Screen and select suitable volunteers or professionals for matching.
  • Facilitate the matching process through interviews and checks.
  • Monitor ongoing matches and provide support as needed.
  • Document all interactions and updates regarding matches.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
  • Report on metrics to assess the efficacy of the matching process.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in social work or a related field is advantageous.
Experience
  • Experience in case management or support roles is an advantage.
