We are seeking a dedicated Funeral Attendant who will play a crucial role in managing donations and supporting the operational needs of our charity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion and organisation, ensuring all items donated are received and processed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory of donations and track items received.
• Engage with donors to express gratitude and provide assistance.
• Support the team in executing community outreach initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and continual improvement activities.
• Assist with any special events related to donations and charity work.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

Advantageous

• Prior experience with donation management: Experience handling donations in a non-profit setting.
