Job Description

As a Community Organization Worker at Community Connect Ltd., you will coordinate and support various community initiatives, working closely with local partners and stakeholders to foster positive change. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of community improvement projects.

• Gather data and insights to inform community initiatives and decision-making.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops for targeted demographics.
• Engage in fundraising and community development activities.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and volunteers.
• Promote inclusivity and diversity within community programs.
• Document all activities and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in project coordination and management is a plus
