Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a calendar of fundraising activities and events.
  • Develop donor recognition and stewardship programs.
  • Conduct research to identify potential funding sources.
  • Assist in grant writing and reporting to funding agencies.
  • Manage donor databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide training and support to volunteers and staff involved in fundraising.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and adapt as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in fundraising or non-profit management
