Job Description

Join our Cardiff team as a Social Worker where you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with other professionals to ensure holistic care and support. We seek candidates with a strong social work background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to support those in need.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through home visits and community outreach.
  • Plan and conduct educational sessions for clients and families.
  • Review and modify care plans based on ongoing assessments.
  • Collaborate with legal and social services agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and ethical standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior social workers and interns.
  • Participate in community events to promote social awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications in Child Protection or Mental Health will be an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in community-based social work
