Job Description

As a Social Worker in Adult Protective Services, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable adults. Your responsibilities will involve conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing direct support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Engage with vulnerable adults to assess their situations and identify needs.
• Formulate care strategies collaboratively with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with other professionals in safeguarding adult reviews.
• Maintain compliance with social work regulations and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed.
• Ensure that client confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Social Work or related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in social work, preferably in adult safeguarding.
