We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our community engagement initiatives in Cardiff. The role involves developing outreach strategies, managing community events, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic outreach plans that meet community needs.
Supervise outreach staff and volunteers to ensure effective programme delivery.
Organise community assessments to identify gaps in services.
Initiate and manage partnerships with schools, businesses, and community groups.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures during outreach activities.
Conduct training for staff and volunteers on community engagement best practices.
Prepare budget proposals for outreach initiatives and monitor spending.
Host regular community feedback sessions to gain insights and improve programs.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Community Development, Public Relations, or relevant area

2+ years of experience in outreach programmes
