Driller Helper

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Driller Helper to assist our drilling team in various drilling operations. The Driller Helper will work alongside experienced drillers, ensuring equipment is properly set up, maintained, and operated. The role demands physical stamina and a strong understanding of drilling processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the assembly and disassembly of drilling rigs.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any anomalies.
• Assist in training new team members on task execution.
• Help ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate actively in safety training and workshops.
• Be prepared for emergency response as required.
• Maintain logs and records of daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience is required, but experience in manual labour or machinery operation is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical skills
• Physical endurance

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations: Knowledge of industry safety standards is a plus.
• Additional certifications related to machinery operation: Any further qualifications in equipment handling will be considered an advantage.
