Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Bottle House Cleaners Supervisor to manage our cleaning staff in a bottle house facility. The supervisor will ensure that all cleaning operations run smoothly and that our hygiene standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations in the bottle house.
• Ensure team members adhere to cleaning protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the quality of cleaning.
• Manage cleaning equipment and report any repairs needed.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees on cleaning procedures.
• Liaise with other departments on operational priorities.
• Maintain documentation of implemented cleaning procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning

Experience

• 2+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory responsibilities

Certifications

• COSHH Training Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual (English and another language): Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
